If you need to cancel your spa day, please let us know 48 hours in advance.
Preparing for your treatment
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out consultation forms and ensure you have your full treatment time.
Lateness
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment unfortunately we will be unable to perform the whole of your treatment and a shortened version may be offered if available.
Payments Full pre-payment is required.
Cancellation policy
We require 48 hours notice.
If you cancel within 48 hours we can reschedule your treatments or a full refund can be processed.
If you cancel within 24 there will be a 50 % cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 24 hours, there will be a 100 % cancellation fee.
